Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that due to the nature of our products, some items cannot be returned (see section below).

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Live plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
  • Perishable plant materials (cut flowers, fresh herbs)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Products marked as “final sale”

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Receive your refund or exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
